Swedish FredagsfikaA bigger fika served at many companies especially on Fridays.

Fredagsfika is a conjugate of "Fredag" which means Friday and "fika" which kind of means coffee break. Oftentimes cakes, buns, cookies or other sweets are served for a "fredagsfika" and colleagues eat it together on an afternoon break. It's important to remember Swedish work culture where having a coffee for fika together with your colleagues is very common. This means that when something "special" is served it's usually quite a big deal.
