In Portuguese, whenever you forget the verb to do something, you can replace that verb with *coisar* instead. Everyone will understand what you mean, usually. For example, if you forget the word *escrever* (to write), you could say, *Eu vou coisar (escrever) um texto aqui.* Edit: I forgot to mention, but this is based on the word *coisa*, which means 'thing' in Portuguese.
