Whelp. "Link to definition". You won't find it in any common dictionary, though it's included in various urban dictionary like ones, and I found [this entry](https://books.google.de/books?id=p6MumKl2i68C&pg=PT25#v=onepage&q&f=false) in the PONS dictionary of youth language, which should be authoritative enough. It's used all over the press, though, as a simple [google search shows](https://www.google.de/search?q=bulimielernen). As far as I can tell it was created during the introduction of the Bachellor/Master system, flanked by Abitur in 12 (instead of 13) years. Ridiculous workload plus making universities much more school-like in structure caused a lot of rightfully pissed off students, and this adequately politically incorrect word captures the underlying problem so well by analogy that noone could really resist adopting it.
