Well, obviously not untranslatable-untranslatable but goddamn that is *very* awkwardly non-colloquial (not to mention long). "Alter" is easy (though not 100%), "lassen" is problematic in itself (to not do something, to refrain (but without the need for "from")), and "Niveaulimbo" is just untranslatable, in two ways: First off, English needs clarification that the dance, and not some afterlife concept, is meant, secondly, there's no single English term for "niveau".
