for English, cold-blood/cold-blooded can be used (at least in the US). As a kid, I thought it was the weirdest, but it is used to address cold sensitivity.
“Frileux” or “Frileuse” in french means the same.

Maybe not in english but it would be “frileuse” in french.
Portuguese has “friorenta” which means exactly the same
We have “Frienta” in Brazilian Portuguese. I don’t know whether it’s an “official” word or not, but we do.
